3 Young Cyclists Develop Heart Problems After Their COVID-19 Shots, 2 Admitted To The Intensive Care Unit

BELGIUM – At least three young cyclists developed heart problems shortly after their second COVID-19 shots. Yarno Van Herck (15), Joppe Erpels (17), and Xander Verhagen (17) were all hospitalized in the past three weeks with heart problems, with two of them ending up in the intensive care unit. The three young cyclists are part of the same team. The incident has put doctors and cardiologists on edge.

Yarno Van Herck suffered pain in his chest during a race in Vorselaar, 2 days after vaccination. He was hospitalized and diagnosed with heart inflammation:
